Grad Nite permission slips are MANDATORY!

Every student who attends Grad Nite will need to turn in a City of Concord waiver! Even if you have bought your ticket, you will not be let in without a waiver turned in.

Visit to download this form. When you are on this website, in the upper right hand corner click on ticket information and you will see a dropdown box, click City of Concord waiver.

Download it, print it, read it, sign it, (have a parent sign it if you are under 18) and turn it in to the main office in the basket marked Grad Nite. These need to be turned in before Grad Nite!
