Instrumental Music
Our College Park High School Instrumental Program has enjoyed a rich history of more than forty years. Throughout its history, the organization has maintained a reputation for musical excellence and high standards for performance. Students, parents and administrators alike understand and accept that the study of music is valuable in the life of a child and that maintenance of a healthy instrumental program is a necessity. College Park is the only high school in the district to offer Beginning and Advanced Guitar classes. These college prep classes satisfy high school graduation and state university admissions requirements.

Vocal Music
Our award-winning choirs have traveled across the continent representing College Park High School with pride, from Hawaii to New York, Vancouver to New Orleans. Choir students maintain an active schedule of concerts, festivals, holiday caroling, and school and community events. Choirs of different levels are available to accommodate beginners as well as advanced level singers.

CTE (Career Technical Education)
College Park High School Career Pathway Programs (video)
CTE (Career Technical Education) courses are part of a program of study that involves a multiyear sequence of courses that integrates core academic knowledge with technical and occupational knowledge, and provides students with a pathway to postsecondary education and careers. College Park offers 3 pathways: Digital Design, Photography, and BioMedical.
MDUSD board policy 6146 states that in order for students to meet the graduation requirements students must complete 20 credits (2 classes) in 2 of the 3 categories: VAPA, World Language, or CTE.
If students choose to complete a CTE course as one option to meet the graduation requirement, these are the following CTE classes offered at College Park:
