Transcript Requests
College Park High School has partnered with Parchment for all electronic transcript services for current students and alumni. Parchment is a secure service that allows you to place and track orders online, accessible 24/7. Transcripts will be sent directly to the admissions office or location of your choice.
IMPORTANT - Students should use their personal email addresses to create an account. DO NOT USE YOUR STUDENT@MDUSD.NET EMAIL.
Cost for Parchment Transcript Requests:
Current students: No charge
Alumni: $5.00 per transcript. If more than one transcript is ordered, each transcript has a $5 charge.
Employment Verification Requests: $12.50 per request.
Transcripts must be paid by credit card when you order, and you will be able to see the exact costs for each order prior to entering your credit card information. Parchment.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
SENIORS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FINAL SENIOR TRANSCRIPTS - PLEASE READ * Only applicable at the end of the school year. *
When placing your order for FINAL transcripts you MUST select "Hold for Grades" on the question "when do you want this sent". If you do not select "hold for grades", your request will be fulfilled within 2-3 days and WILL NOT reflect that you are a graduate or include your Semester 2 grades.

25/26 Intradistrict Transfers
Beginning October 10 - November 10, 2024 the Intradistrict Transfer Application will be available for all schools, grades 1-12 and for Sequoia and Monte Gardens' Kindergarten. Currently enrolled students will complete the application using their Aeries Homelink Portal. Students that are not currently enrolled will use a link available on the Intradistrict Transfer webpage starting October 10th.
As your student prepares to enter the next school level, Student Services invites you to verify their next school of residence as we enter the Intradistrict Transfer Application time period. We recommend that you check their next school of residence using any of the following methods:
- Checking the “Next School” field on the Demographics page of their Homelink
- Entering your address into our School Locator App.

New Student ONLINE ENROLLMENT
Online pre-enrollment is available for NEW students to the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.
For students who have NEVER attended or been enrolled in any MDUSD schools
Here are the steps to enroll your students at the Mount Diablo Unified School District:
- Please visit the Enrollment Center's website and follow the "Enroll A New Student" online instructions. It is not completed until you hit SUBMIT.
- Parents should visit the MDUSD Enrollment Center, located at Willow Creek Center, 1026 Mohr Lane, Concord, CA 94519. Please review what documents you will need to bring on the MDUSD website. They are open 8:30 am to 4 pm, no appointments necessary.
- Once the enrollment appointment has been completed at Willow Creek, contact Julie Hood either by calling (925) 682-7670, ext. 3216 or emailing hoodj@mdusd.org
All registration appointments at College Park HS are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. There are NO walk-in registration appointments.
Students who are re-enrolling back into the MDUSD
