Class of 2026 Graduation!
Location: Concord Toyota Pavilion
Graduation: Thursday, May 28, 2026
Schedule the day of graduation:
- Rehearsal - 9:00 AM (Seniors must report to the Concord Pavilion by 8:15am)
- Graduation Ceremony - 7:00 PM
Tickets are not required for entrance to the Pavillion as all seating is first come, first serve.
Graduation Rehearsal - Thursday, May 28
- Seniors will report to the Concord Pavilion by 8:15am (students will transport themselves).
- At rehearsal, students will receive a graduation notecard. Notecards will be used to:
- Announce student names during the ceremony
- Take attendance
- Assign students’ order in the processional line
Graduation - Thursday, May 28
- Seniors will report to the west end of the Concord Pavilion where staff will take attendance at 5:30pm
- Parking for spectators will open at 4:00pm and gates open at 5:30pm. Pre-purchase a parking pass link.
- Students may begin entering at 4:45 PM if they are wearing their cap and gown.
- Seniors attire must follow school policies and be deemed appropriate. This also applies to regalia, cap and gown.
- Commencement will begin promptly at 7:00pm following the program itinerary and end at 9:00pm.
- 5:00pm - Seniors should report to the west entrance of the Concord Pavilion
- 6:00 PM – Final check-in and diploma order confirmation
- 6:30 PM – Lines will begin moving toward the entrance
- 7:00 PM – Ceremony begins with “Pomp and Circumstance”
- Upon Arrival:
- Students should find their designated staff member based on their diploma presenter (Line A or B).
- They will receive their notecard at this time. Again, this card is essential.
- Please keep your notecard safe and follow all instructions regarding its use.

Cap & Gowns, Graduation Announcements, Class Rings, and more
25/26 Senior Portraits
Senior portraits will be held at CPHS in J Pod during the week of July 14th, Monday through Friday. You may access J Pod through the B gate between the staff and student parking lots; there will be signage posted.
You will need to make an appointment with LifeTouch. You can find the scheduling instructions here. You can find the self-schedule here.
If you are not able to make it to the week-long session, there will be makeups held Oct. 21 through the 23. You will have to schedule the makeup directly with LifeTouch.
For the yearbook, you have until Nov. 7 to send Mr. Sesar a pose with cap and gown. Please send the download link to Mr. Sesar once you have chosen: sesarz@mdusd.org
