Important: Final Transcripts & Naviance

Final Transcripts: all final transcripts will be ordered  electronically through Naviance. Seniors who will be attending an educational institution after high school must send their transcripts. Failure to send a transcript can lead to the rescinding of a student's place at a university! Check your Family Connection account to ensure that you completed the process to order a final transcript. 

Immunization Requirements

All students must be immunized in order to attend school. Please review the MDUSD immunization requirements for details.

Not attending CPHS next year?

Parents of students in the 9th, 10th and 11th grades who will not be attending College Park next year, please make sure to let our registrar know as soon as possible so that she may initiate the withdrawal process and transfer of your student’s records in a timely manner.

Education Verification

Federal law requires specific documentation for  education/graduation verification requests. Please plan ahead, as processing requires 3-5 business days to complete. 

Alumni Transcripts

Alumni transcript requests require 3-5 business days to complete, and may be:

  • Ordered online
  • Mailed to the Registrar
  • Walked-in

Transcripts for current students (and for recent graduates through the end of September of the graduated year) are free through the CPHS Registrar's office. Please email your request to cphsregistrar@mdusd.org with the same list of information as in "Other Alumni", except for the receipt, as you do not need to pay for yours.

Other Alumni -- purchase your transcripts through our School's Webstore. After you complete your purchase, email your receipt, along with the following, to the CPHS Registrar at cphsregistrar@mdusd.org:
- copy of your Photo ID
- Name on Diploma
- Graduation Year
- Phone Number
- Type: Official or Regular
- Date of Birth
- Delivery Method (Home OR College/Institution OR Pick up @ CPHS)
- Mail to: Street Address, City, State, Zip

Please allow 3-5 business days, from the time all your information is received by the Registrar's Office, for your Transcript request to be processed.

Online Data Confirmation

Online Data Confirmation is a feature of Aeries that allows parents to confirm and update student demographics, contacts, medical conditions, and authorization information through their HomeLink Parent Portal account.  This process handles the normal “Summer Re-Registration” of students where parents are normally required to fill out new emergency cards, sign various documents, and establish authorizations.

When parents log into the Aeries Parent Portal, Data Confirmation will display in the Student Info Tab dropdown.  A Yellow message will also display to the parent on their home page if they have not completed the data confirmation process.

If you do not have access to a Parent Portal account, please contact the Attendance Secretary via email or call (925) 682-7670, ext. 3213 to obtain your verification codes. 

THIS PROCESS MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER FOR STUDENTS TO RECEIVE THEIR CLASS SCHEDULE.

New Student ONLINE ENROLLMENT

The Registrar, Julie Hood, is available all summer to enroll new students or students who have left MDUSD and are now returning. 

Walk Thru, scheduled for August 4-6, is NOT intended as a time for enrolling new students to College Park.  Please do not plan to enroll your students on these days.   

Please email Julie Hood or call her at (925) 682-7670, Ext. 3216, during the summer to obtain enrollment information and make an appointment prior to the beginning of the school year.

Online pre-enrollment is available for NEW students to the Mt. Diablo Unified School District

Please note that you still need to meet in person with the Registrar at CPHS to complete the process.  Pre-enrollment is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  You will be contacted by the Registrar’s office to schedule an appointment once the information is electronically received by the school.  Make sure to bring all the required documentation at the time of your appointment or you will be rescheduled.
