College Park Students and Families,

I hope everyone is enjoying Spring Break and some time away from school. We look forward to seeing our students back on Monday, April 12.

The return of students to campus on Monday, March 29, was truly the best day of the year. I felt a sense of optimism, excitement, and normalcy as we welcomed 400+ students on campus. I was able to observe tutorials, math support, a choir performance, and community building as I moved through the campus. The students quickly were able to move through the entry and exit protocols and did a great job with masks and social distancing. If any student wants to switch to one of our "In-Person" support groups, please let your counselor or vice-principal know.

As we worked up to the reopening of school, I would like to thank the CP community for their patience as we set student schedules. Our team worked hard to make sure that students were placed correctly and it took longer than we had originally anticipated. Now that we have completed the "Hybrid" schedule we are moving our focus back to the 2021-2022 master schedule. We are anticipating a full reopening on Monday, August 12, 2021.

Class of 2021 Update:

Senior Signs are here! We will begin passing them out next week. Our first pick-up dates will be Wednesday, April 14 (Time TBA). We are very excited to celebrate your high school graduation on June 2.
