Welcome back to school

Students MUST attend  Walkthru to receive schedules, books, electronic ID cards and locker assignments.  Parents are not allowed to pick up these items for students.

First Day of School is Thursday, August 15, 7:50 AM.

College Park Walkthru Process

Online pre-enrollment is only available for NEW STUDENTS to MDUSD.  Returning MDUSD students, please stop by the Registrar’s office at College Park High School to pick up an enrollment packet.

Start the registration process here if your student is NEW to the Mt. Diablo Unified School District.

Please note that you still need to meet in person with the Registrar at CPHS to complete the process.  Pre-enrollment is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  You will be contacted by the Registrar’s office to schedule an appointment once the information is electronically received by the school.  Make sure to bring all the required documentation at the time of your appointment or you will be rescheduled.

Online Data Confirmation is a feature of Aeries that allows parents to confirm and update student demographics, contacts, medical conditions, and authorization information through their HomeLink Parent Portal account.  This process handles the normal “Summer Re-Registration” of students where parents are required to fill out new emergency cards, sign various documents, and establish authorizations.

When parents log into the Aeries Parent Portal, Data Confirmation will display in the Student Info Tab dropdown.  A Yellow message will also display to the parent on their home page if they have not completed the data confirmation process.

PRINT OUT THE UPDATED EMERGENCY CARD, SIGN, AND BRING TO WALKTHRU.

Parents:

If you do not have access to a Parent Portal account, please contact Stacy Boschetti in Attendance via email or call (925) 682-7670, ext. 3213 to obtain your verification codes. Attendance opens on August 1st.

THIS PROCESS MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER FOR STUDENTS TO RECEIVE THEIR CLASS SCHEDULE.

Go to the College Park Webstore to purchase PE clothes, yearbook, parking permits, etc. Please note that PE clothes will distributed to students in class by their PE teacher.

Join the PTSA and make a donation online. The College Park PTSA works to enhance the academic and social experience of every student at the school, but we need your support to make it happen!

Purchase your school photos online.  (Check back for the link).

Senior parents! Purchase Grad Nite tickets at the early bird price of $120 per ticket.

  1. All students must attend Walkthru to receive schedule and locker information. Parents will not be allowed to pick up schedules for their student. If a student is unable to attend, schedules may be picked up on the first day of school.  No exceptions!
  2. Updated emergency cards signed by parents are REQUIRED at Walkthru. No exceptions!
  3. Students can make schedule changes during Walkhtru.  Counselors will be available in the computer lab near the library.
  4. Donations to Booster clubs via cash, check or credit card will be accepted during Walkthru.
  5. Lines tend to be shorter at 10:30 AM.
  6. Dress code requirements are enforced for photos: no tank tops or off the shoulder blouses.

We need your help to make this year's Walkthru run smoothly. More volunteers expedite processing, which in turn results in shorter lines, enabling you to get in...and out more quickly.

FRONT OF THE LINE PASSES FOR VOLUNTEERS!!

This year volunteers will be provided with a Front of the Line pass for their student to skip only the lines at photography and textbook distribution.
