- For current 8th grade students who attend middle school outside of MDUSD and are entering as freshman, please contact the registrar, Ms. Hood, or your student's high school counselor to receive their specific course card.
- For students who are currently enrolled in Horizons Independent Study, please contact your counselor directly to complete your course card for next year.
Class Applications/Forms
- AP/Honors Contract
- If you plan to enroll in an AP/Honors course, you must complete this contract.
- AP/Honors Summer Homework for specific classes will be listed under the Counseling tab > Academic Planning.
- AVID 9 - Application
- If you have questions about AVID, please contact Ms. Dawson.
- Leadership (ASB) Application

DVC Concurrent Enrollment
If high school students wish to enroll in a course at DVC, please visit DVC's website to learn more about the admissions process and to complete the Special Admissions Form. If you have any questions, DVC has drop in zoom appointments available here.
**Per MDUSD policy, students cannot get high school credit for a DVC class if we offer that same class at College Park**
